the Dipartimento di Matematica e Informatica of the University of Perugia will once again host the summer course organised by the Scuola Matematica Interuniversitaria - SMI.

 Check-in procedure:

SMI students are expected to arrive in Perugia on Sunday, July 21, 2024.

• check-in at the residence Casa Monteripido (Via Monteripido n. 8, Perugia), from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• school registration at the Dipartimento di Matematica e Informatica (Via Vanvitelli n.1, Perugia), from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Local organization:

Lectures will start on Monday 22, July at the Dipartimento di Matematica e Informatica.
A welcome speech will be given on Monday 22, July  at 8:30 a.m., in room A3, by the Director of SMI professor Adriano Tomassini.

Travel information:

The main train station of Perugia is simply called “Perugia”, or “Perugia Fontivegge” NOT “Perugia Università”.

From the train Station bus terminal (Piazza Vittorio Veneto) you can reach Casa Monteripido:

  BY BUS - Schedule (for Sunday look for "Festivo Estivo", pag. 20)

  - Line B - From FONTIVEGGE (PG) To P. D`ODDI, then proceed on foot (850 m.)

  - Line C - From FONTIVEGGE (PG) To V. Innamorati 3, then proceed on foot (750 m.)

  BY TAXI (15-25 Euro)
